MoneyYogi LLC — Software
MoneyYogi includes a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends at no cost.
MoneyYogi LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the charge. Refunds are issued through our payment processor, Stripe, back to the original payment method, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
How to request a refund. Email support@moneyyogi.ai from the address on your MoneyYogi account. We respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
Legacy subscribers. A small number of accounts remain on a previous payment provider that predates our Stripe integration. If your Settings → Subscription screen shows "Managed by our previous payment provider" and no in-app cancel button, email support@moneyyogi.ai from the address on your account to cancel or to request a refund; we will process it manually.
Boundless Wealth LLC d/b/a Money Holistics — Advisory
Both Money Holistics engagements, The 6-Week Money Turnaround and Ongoing Financial Planning, carry the Satisfaction Guarantee stated in the client's Schedule A, in these exact words:
Satisfaction Guarantee. If the Client notifies the Advisor in writing within thirty (30) days of the start date that the Client is not satisfied, the Advisor will refund all fees the Client has paid under this Agreement. The refund will be paid within thirty (30) days of that notice. The guarantee covers the Advisor’s own fees. It is not a guarantee of investment performance, savings, or any other result, and it does not cover fees charged by the Custodian or any third party.
The guarantee is in addition to the five-business-day termination right in every Money Holistics agreement. Ongoing advisory fees are billed by Boundless Wealth LLC under a separate advisory agreement and are otherwise governed by the termination and refund terms in that agreement. Advisory fees are never billed or processed through the MoneyYogi application.
